What advisory covers
Three ways we helpCapital adaptability
Interior investments decoupled from rapid lease obsolescence, so capital adapts across churn, restack and relocation instead of being written off.
Modular longevity
Systems engineered for reconfiguration over decades: the same components serve the next floorplate, the next headcount, the next brand standard.
Portfolio standards
One specification standard across regions and buildings — coded series, finishes and hardware scheduled once and repeated with confidence.
