Who we are
Atelier
Diona is an end-to-end interior fit-out company and a whole-house interiors atelier. Design coordination, furniture, fittings, upholstery, surfaces, materials and hardware — specified, produced and delivered as one project, under one accountable hand.
The catalogue behind the atelier holds 23 series, 178 coded finishes and seven spaces. Our work is not the catalogue; our work is the coordination of it into rooms that get built, on programme, to a schedule an architect can check line by line.
Breadth without a blame chain.
Many categories, one signature. When something arrives wrong, there is exactly one party to call, and it is us.

What we hold accountable
Three commitments sit under every project we take on, whatever the categories involved.
One point of accountability
Furniture, fittings, upholstery, surfaces, materials and hardware are coordinated by a single team. Conflicts between categories are resolved by us, before production, not arbitrated on site between suppliers.
Specification issued as coded schedules
Nothing is specified by adjective. Every element is issued as a line in a coded schedule — series, finish code, edge, hardware, room applicability — so approval, production and site checks all read the same document.
Sampling before sign-off
Physical chips and door samples are reviewed under the light of the actual site before anything is signed off. A screen is a suggestion; the sample in the room is the specification.

Who the atelier is for
Architects, first
The site is built the way a specification is built: coded finishes, room applicability, schedules and samples. Drawings stay yours; we reconcile them with what the catalogue can actually produce, and we answer in the language of the drawing set rather than the showroom.
Procurement and owners, second
For the party holding the budget and the programme, the value is simpler: one enquiry, one quotation, one accountable delivery across every room and category — offices, hospitality, retail, healthcare, institutional, club and the whole house.
What we are not: not a template catalogue, not a marketplace, and not a single-brand showroom. Series and finish codes are published by their manufacturers; the atelier is the coordination, specification and delivery of them into one accountable project.
